TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Entry & Qualification
1. Entry fee: EUR 150 for the first pigeon of each team, payable in advance at collection
2. Additional pigeons: EUR 150 per pigeon, payable after the 100 km qualification race
3. Qualified pigeons must be activated within 5 days
4. The organizer reserves final discretion regarding the condition and eligibility of pigeons for all races

• Activation & Rights
1. Pigeons not activated within 5 days shall transfer all rights to the organizer
2. Such pigeons may be activated by any participant at EUR 150 per pigeon
3. The activating participant shall receive full rights, including prize money and auction proceeds
4. Activated pigeons may replace lost pigeons within a team

• Payments
1. All entry and activation fees shall include applicable bank and transaction charges

• Lost Pigeons
1. Replacement of lost pigeons is permitted until 30 June 2026, subject to organizer notification Team Championship
2. A minimum of 12 pigeons is required to compete
3. Participants entering fewer pigeons must activate additional pigeons to qualify

• Auction
1. Selected pigeons shall be auctioned after completion of the races
2. Owners shall receive 60% of auction proceeds after deduction of a 10% processing fee
3. Eligible pigeons include:
   • 1^st–160^th places of the 500 km FCI Final Race and all Ace Pigeon rankings
   • 1^st–3^rd places of Hot Spot and Ace Pigeon races
   • 161^st place onward of the 500 km FCI Final Race for imported pigeons of foreign participants only (Pigeons of Thai participantsshall be returned.)
4. All prize money and auction proceeds are subject to applicable Thailand tax

• Shipping of Auctioned Pigeons
1. Buyers shall bear all shipping and freight costs
2. The organizer will assist with shipping arrangements but shall not be responsible for non-delivery under any circumstances
3. Auction proceeds are non-refundable
4. Organizer responsibility ends 60 days after the auction concludes
